This privacy policy applies to the Sentence Chinese mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), developed and published on Google Play.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Sentence Chinese does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• We do not require account registration.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, files, or other personal data on your device.
• We do not use analytics or crash reporting services.
• All app preferences (such as display settings and reading progress) are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

2. Third-Party Services

The App integrates Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob is a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use certain data for advertising purposes, including:

• Device information (such as device model, operating system version)
• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier used for ad personalization)
• IP address (used for approximate location)
• App usage data related to ad interactions

This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad personalization preferences or reset your advertising ID through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads.

3. Internet Access

The App requests the following permissions solely for the purposes described:

• INTERNET — Required for loading advertisements via AdMob and checking for app updates via Google Play.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Used to detect Wi‑Fi connectivity, so that app updates are only downloaded when connected to Wi‑Fi.

4. App Update Checks

The App uses Google Play's In‑App Updates API to check whether a newer version is available. This check is performed through Google Play Services and does not transmit any personal data to us.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through our App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
